| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Mr Christian Kwok-Leun Yau Heilesen ("Mr Heilesen") has been serving as an executive director of Ntegrator Holdings Limited ("Company") since May 2021. Due to increasing commitments in his other businesses, he has notified the Company of his intention to step down as an executive director of the Company, and has formally tendered his resignation on 19 March 2024, effective 20 March 2024. He would be handing over his role and responsibilities to Mr Tam Ki Ying, an executive director of the Company, but remains responsible to oversee the watch business of the Company as a director of Golden Ultra Limited, which is a subsidiary of the Company. After having interviewed Mr Heilesen and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the resignation of Mr Heilesen as an Executive Director of the Company. |
