G-Tech Investment Pte Ltd is deemed to be a substantial shareholder of the Company through TIF Asia Pte Ltd ("TIF Asia"). TIF Asia is a subsidiary of G-Tech Investment Pte Ltd. TIF Asia which holds 50% in Fortune Technology Fund I Ltd, is deemed by virtue of section 7(4A) of the Companies Act (Cap. 50) of Singapore to be interested in the shares in the Company held by Fortune Technology Fund I Ltd.
