| Description | The Board of Directors of Ntegrator International Ltd (the Company) wishes to announce that the Company has terminated the appointments of Mr Johnson Teo Hwee Kheng as General Manager, Voice Communications (Regional) and Mr Desmond Chan Hong Lee as General Manager, Voice Communications (Singapore), with effect from 14 February 2006. As announced on 4 January 2006, Mr Benjamin Tay Boon Hwee has been appointed as General Manager of Voice Communications to assume their responsibilities.
