(the Company) refers to the results announcement released by the Company on 24 February 2006 (Announcement No. 179) wherein the Books Closure Date for payment of proposed final dividend was announced.The Board of Directors of the Company would like to advise that the Books Closure Date has been revised to 8 May 2006. The dividend payment date remains unchanged on 16 May 2006:NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Ntegrator International Ltd. (the Company) will be closed on 8 May 2006 for the preparation of dividend warrants.Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Companys Share Registrar, Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd, 10 Collyer Quay #19-08, Ocean Building, Singapore 049315 up to 5.00 p.m. on 5 May 2006 will be registered to determine shareholders entitlements to the said dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 5 May 2006 will be entitled to the proposed dividend.
