| Description | The Board of Directors of Ntegrator International Limited (the Company), after evaluating the performance and operations of the Company and its subsidiaries (the Group), would like to provide an update on the Groups operations and guidance on the Groups half year results scheduled to be released in August 2006.The Directors expect the Group to report a loss for the 1st half year ending 30 June 2006. The negative results are attributable to;1. delay in the completion of some major projects; 2. significant increase in overheads such as manpower cost arising from the aggressive expansion of the Groups Singapore and South East Asia offices to support the Groups businesses growth in these regions; and3. the exchange loss incurred on the fall in US Dollar Exchange Rate.The current outstanding orders on hand scheduled to be delivered in the 2nd half of the year is approximately S$17.2 million.Further details of the Groups performance will be disclosed when the Group announces its half year results for the financial period ending 30 June 2006 in mid August 2006.By Order of the Board Shirley Lim Company Secretary 30 June 2006Note:The initial public offering of the Company was sponsored by UOB Asia Ltd. |
