| Description | In anticipation of the announcement of the financial results for the full-year ended 31 December 2006, the Board of Directors of Ntegrator International Limited (the Company), deems it appropriate to issue a profit guidance in respect of the Group's financial results for FY2006, scheduled to be released in February 2007.Whilst the Group had incurred a loss for the first half of FY2006, the Group will be reporting improved revenue and a profit for the financial year FY2006. Profit for FY2006 is however expected to be lower than that of FY2005. This is mainly due to increase in operating costs and expenses and costs incurred in the expansion of local, regional as well as overseas offices.Further details of the Groups performance will be disclosed when the Group announces its full-year results for the financial year ended 31 December 2006 in February 2007.By Order of the BoardKenneth SwCompany Secretary24 January 2007 |
