| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | To pursue other career opportunities. After having interviewed Mr Vincent Vinu Edward ("Mr Vincent") and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Vincent as the Group General Manager, Network Infrastructure (Singapore). Mr Vincent is currently serving his notice period of one month. His role and duties will be taken over by Mr Jimmy Chang Joo Whut ("Mr Jimmy"), an Executive Officer of the Company. Mr Jimmy will be supported by a Business Development Manager, a Sales Manager cum Engineer and the General Manager of Engineering together with her group of engineers until a replacement is required. The Company envisages that a replacement will be required when there is an indication of an increase in the number of overseas projects of the Company. |
