| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | The audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 ("FY2021") are announced immediately upon the auditors' sign off today and in light of several corporate actions being undertaken by the Company currently. However, the Company has sought an extension of time application for the rest of its FY2021 annual report and to convene its FY2021 annual general meeting. The Company will update shareholders on the outcome of this application. This announcement has been reviewed by the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (the "Sponsor").
