Footnotes	Note: The change in shareholdings in Part IV is the result of the following transactions: (i) Acceptance of 7,593,000 rights shares by Mr Han Meng Siew. (ii) Acceptance of 18,000,000 rights shares by Mdm Goh Siok Kuan. Mdm Goh Siok Kuan and Mr Han Meng Siew are spouses. Both Mdm Goh and Mr Han are deemed interested in the shares held by their spouse. The percentage of issued share capital before the change was calculated based on the issued share capital of 85,370,586 before the Rights Issue. The percentage of issued share capital after the change was calculated based on the enlarged share capital of 341,482,344 after the Rights Issue.
