Footnotes	The change in the percentage level in Part III is the result of the following transactions: (i) Acceptance of 405,000 rights shares and subscription of 100,000 excess rights by Mdm Lim Bee Hin or Mdm Lim Bee Hwa. (ii) Acceptance of 9,321,000 rights shares and subscription of 285,000 excess rights by Mdm Lim Bee Hwa or Mdm Tan Lweng Ngoh. Messrs Lim Bee Hin (Spouse), Lim Bee Hwa (Sister-in-Law) and Tan Lweng Ngoh (Mother-in-Law) are related to Mr Zacchaeus Boon Suan Zin who is deemed to be interested in the shares held in their names.
